Job summary

Fever is seeking an ambitious Sponsorship Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. Working like a creative agency, you will help brands and agencies connect with Fever's entertainment experiences by managing multi-channel campaigns and driving sponsorship growth.

You will collaborate with the Head of Brand Partnerships to scale sponsorships across Fever Originals and Official Partnerships, building compelling proposals and negotiating favorable deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-profile client meetings and proposals.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and ability to work as a self-starter in ambiguity.
• Balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making and strong slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations to develop winning sponsorship proposals.
• Identify and engage potential sponsors to build long-term strategic relationships and craft compelling sponsorship packages.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing sponsorship strategies, negotiating deals, and expanding portfolios via upselling.
• Oversee execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring activations and opportunities are delivered professionally.
• Monitor sponsor satisfaction through proactive communication and feedback to maintain relationships.
• Evaluate sponsorship performance and provide ROI & deliverables reports to external stakeholders.
