Job summary

Westman Atelier in London seeks a Retail Planner, EMEA to drive commercial growth, inventory optimization, and sales performance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Reporting to the VP of Global Business Planning, the role oversees demand forecasting, stock planning, sales analysis, and stock replenishment across retail doors, e-retail partners, and pop-ups, ensuring stock availability and high-touch luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Retail Management, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5 years of retail planning/demand planning/inventory management in UK/EMEA luxury beauty or premium retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales, stock, and inventory plans based on targets and historical data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, sell-through, and inventory turnover.
• Identify risks & opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and inventory budgeting.
• Analyze product performance by store, region, and channel.
• Ensure products are available in the right stores at the right times.
• Lead allocation strategies for New Product Developments (NPD).
• Analyze variances between actuals and plan and provide actionable insights.
