Job summary

Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is seeking a Senior Advisor for Global Results Management to strengthen its work on MEAL, monitoring, evaluation and learning across the global programme portfolio. You will lead the development and stewardship of the indicators and results framework, ensure consistent application across country offices, and enhance data quality, reporting and donor compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's level education preferred; professional experience may compensate.
• Solid knowledge of MEAL/MEL principles and practices.
• Experience with results frameworks, indicators, data analysis and impact measurement.
• Experience working with donor requirements and reporting (Norad and ECHO).
• Experience developing methodologies, guidance materials, tools or frameworks related to results management.
• Experience planning and facilitating trainings, workshops and other capacity development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward NCA's global indicators and results framework.
• Ensure consistent application across country offices and strengthen MEAL systems.
• Improve data quality, reporting and donor compliance.
• Contribute to systems, tools and methodologies supporting results measurement and reporting.
• Promote common standards and capacity development across programmes and countries.
• Communicate global results and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
