Job summary

Cyviz in Oslo is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage invoicing, revenue recognition and ongoing accounting for multiple group entities across Norway, the UK and the Netherlands. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting and collaboration across functions.

The successful candidate will support reconciliations, month-/quarter-/year-end closing, VAT and tax matters, and provide strong internal controls while enabling efficient cross-border project finance operations.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Accounting, Auditing, Economics or Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing or a finance function.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, revenue recognition and ongoing accounting follow-up for customers and group companies.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, accruals and closing processes (month, quarter, year).
• Handle bookkeeping for entities in Norway, the UK and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions, reconciliations and invoicing between Cyviz entities.
• Support VAT and tax-related matters and ensure compliance with VAT/tax regulations.
• Follow up accounts receivable and payment differences.
• Contribute to internal controls, process improvements and ERP development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management for financial follow-up of projects.
