You will lead the development of frameworks, partner with HR, Legal and business leaders, and drive pay equity analyses and disclosure processes with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Solid experience from Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or HR consulting in international environments.
• Knowledge of pay transparency regulations and equal pay methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with salary structures and pay equity analyses.
• Ability to translate regulations into pragmatic business practices.
• Excellent communication skills to advise senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced organization.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of global pay transparency frameworks and policies.
• Ensure compliance with EU and local pay transparency regulations across regions.
• Partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support pay equity analyses, salary bands, and disclosure processes.
• Contribute to communication strategies that build trust around compensation.
• Participate in annual reward processes, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR colleagues and managers worldwide.
