Job summary

Sonar is seeking a Payroll & Financial Systems Specialist to own payroll administration (ADP) and NetSuite across a multinational setup. You will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, maintain ERP reliability, and support data flows for planning and reporting.

You will collaborate with Finance to feed FP&A tools and drive continuous improvements in payroll, ERP, and financial processes. This role is based in London, with a culture emphasizing ownership and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Payroll Administration experience (ADP).
• 5+ years of NetSuite administration in multi-entity environments.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes and FP&A tool usage.
• Experience with data integrations between payroll, HR, and financial systems.
• Experience supporting ITGC and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration and configuration of ADP for multiple entities.
• Manage user access, roles, and governance in ADP; coordinate payroll cycles and compliance.
• Maintain integrations between ADP and NetSuite for accurate journal entries and cost allocations.
• Administer NetSuite: users, roles, permissions, workflows, and reports; support month-end close.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure NetSuite data feeds FP&A tools and planning processes.
