Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound international shipments, primarily airfreight and courier imports; occasional road freight.
• Monitor shipment status and maintain visibility throughout transport.
• Coordinate import bookings with overseas agents, carriers, and service providers.
• Process import documentation including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and customs documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Norwegian customs regulations and import requirements.
• Provide proactive shipment updates to customers and handle delays or exceptions.
• Arrange final delivery with customers and transport providers.
• Verify supplier invoices and prepare operational files for invoicing.
