SLB OneSubsea is seeking two experienced HR Representatives to join our Sandsli-based team. You will serve as trusted advisors to managers and employees, shaping the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to rewards, within a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-8 years’ experience within HR, preferably business partnering or generalist role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for employee development, engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with employees and managers through coaching and support.
• Partner with leaders on performance management, talent development, career planning, and engagement.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, internal mobility, promotions, and development activities aligned with business objectives.
• Support succession planning and talent management programs for long-term success.
• Contribute to compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage onboarding, relocation, and integration for new hires and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and applicable agreements.
• Collaborate with external authorities and HR agencies as needed.
• Advise managers on employee relations and HR best practices.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
