Job summary

OneSubsea in Norway is inviting graduates to join the engineering and manufacturing teams, contributing across engineering, analysis, product development, testing, and project execution for subsea processing technology. Depending on education and interest, roles sit near offices, manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery at Sandsli and Horsøy.

You will work with engineering, manufacturing, testing and delivery teams and gain exposure to the full product and project lifecycle while developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering fields as listed.
• Strong technical interest and enjoys learning and problem solving.
• Proactive, self-driven and communicates effectively across disciplines.
• Thrives both independently and in a collaborative team.
• Takes safety, quality and responsible delivery seriously.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams in developing subsea processing solutions.
• Perform calculations, analysis, design work or technical documentation.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain and projects.
• Participate in technical reviews, structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Build an understanding of the complete product and project lifecycle through practical assignments.
