Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality cert preferred.
• Experience leading global delivery of complex software/data solutions in the utilities sector.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Hybrid work and willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with global teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Champion thought leadership for the GridOS ecosystem and align roadmaps with customer goals.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of GridOS Connect & Data Fabric solutions with quality and operational excellence.
• Build, mentor and inspire high-performing regional teams across geographies.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients guiding them through architectural transitions.
• Stay ahead of market trends to keep service delivery innovative and competitive.
