Job summary

Siemens Energy in Norway is seeking a Sales Manager for grid technologies solutions with drive to energy transition. You will maintain and expand our market position delivering HV grid solutions for transmission and distribution.

You will work with customers in electricity transmission, distribution, and new sectors such as power-to-x, data centers, traveling 10-20 days per year; office base Bergen, Oslo or Trondheim.

Qualifications

• Professional B2B technical sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with digitization and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Uncover customer needs and develop the customer portfolio.
• Plan and implement sales activities including presentations, demonstrations, visits and events.
• Lead tendering, responses to tenders and contract negotiations.
• Build networks in the industry and participate in conferences and fairs, locally and internationally.
• Contribute input to the sales department's overall strategy and plans.
