Job summary

Elopak is seeking a Global Process Owner for Finance Operations to shape and govern finance processes across the organization. You will drive standardization, automation and data-driven improvements while ensuring controls and compliance are embedded.

The role reports to the Director of Finance Operations and can be based in Skøyen, Spikkestad, or Mannheim. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting with 5+ years in finance/transformation, strong RtR/PtP/OtC knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance and accounting is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Finance, Shared Services or Finance Transformation.
• Strong understanding of RtR, PtP and OtC, with emphasis on controls, risk management and compliance.
• Proven experience driving change initiatives and standardization in international environments.
• Fluent in English and able to work across geographies; valid work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Ownership: develop, govern and continuously improve global finance processes.
• Process Strategy, Governance & Performance: define end-to-end vision, KPIs and drive value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales and regions.
• Change & Transformation Leadership: lead change management and continuous improvement.
• Technology, Data & Compliance: align technology and data with governance and controls.
