Job summary

Burger King Norge is seeking a Finance Systems & Process Manager Scandinavia to connect Finance and IT across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. You will turn complex activities into scalable, tech-enabled processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires strong Finance knowledge, systems thinking, project leadership and experience with ERP, data quality and governance. You will build playbooks, drive automation and deliver measurable improvements across the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Finance Systems, ERP implementation, process improvement or business transformation.
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, implementations, integrations and process optimization.
Experience bridging Finance and IT in a business-facing role.
Ability translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
Proven project and stakeholder management, leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience designing and improving processes and governance models.
Strong analytical mindset for automation and data quality.
English communication; written and verbal.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own and develop our Finance systems across Scandinavia.
Translate needs into clear system requirements and practical solutions.
Drive ERP enhancements, integrations and other Finance-related improvements.
Support system implementations, upgrades and transitions.
Maintain and prioritize a scalable, efficient Finance systems roadmap.
Create governance structures bridging Finance and IT and coordinate cross‑functional priorities.
Develop scalable processes, libraries, templates, and decision logs.
Standardize processes across Norway, Sweden and Denmark to support growth.
Create repeatable playbooks for acquisitions and openings across Finance activities.
Drive automation, data quality and better reporting with stakeholders across Finance, IT and Operations.
Lead cross-functional Finance transformation projects from idea to implementation.
