Job summary

Elopak, a leading global paper-based packaging solutions company, is seeking a Finance Process Leader to own and optimize end-to-end finance processes across the organization. The role reports to the Director of Finance Operations and can be based in Skøyen (NO), Spikkestad (NO) or Mannheim (DE).

Qualifications

• Preferably Master’s degree in Finance and accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Finance, Shared Services or Finance Transformation.
• Strong understanding of transactional finance processes (RtR, PtP and OtC) and internal controls.
• Proven ability to drive change initiatives, process optimization and standardization internationally.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP preferred) and data-driven process management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Must hold a valid work permit for the location.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Ownership: develop, govern and improve finance processes globally.
• Process Strategy, Governance & Performance: define vision, KPIs and governance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner across Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT and more.
• Change & Transformation Leadership: lead change management and continuous improvement.
• Technology, Data & Compliance: align tech, data, governance, risk and automation efforts.
