Job summary

Elopak ASA is seeking an FP&A Manager - Digitalization & Business Insights to drive AI-driven finance analytics and automate reporting across the FP&A function. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A, Business Controlling, Analytics, or Consulting experience.
• Experience with business intelligence tools including Power BI and advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power Platform, or AI analytics is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and a valid work permit for Norway.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation, AI adoption and digitalization across FP&A to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Develop and improve scalable reporting, analytics and self-service capabilities.
• Support management decision-making, strategic initiatives and business cases through analysis and scenario modelling.
• Provide insight into revenue, pricing, profitability, and other value drivers to support commercial decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify drivers, trends, risks, opportunities, and correlations, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and management to focus analytics on key priorities and performance drivers.
