nVent is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install and maintain high-density liquid cooling products at data centers globally. The role covers Europe and requires 50-70% travel, including international trips.

You will train customers, review drawings, and collaborate with engineers and CAD designers on prototypes. Applicants should bring 5+ years in data center maintenance, CAD/Visio skills, and knowledge of thermodynamics and regulations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of data center maintenance and installation experience.
• Ability to deliver clear and effective product or technical training.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Visio.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, heat transfer, and numerical methods.
• Familiarity with NEC, IEC, IEEE standards.
• Basic knowledge of power distribution and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work 100% remotely within standard processes.

Mansioni

• Install and maintain nVent HDLC products at customer data center sites globally.
• Travel 50-70% (including international trips).
• Provide installation, maintenance, and warranty support.
• Share technical information during updates, reviews and troubleshooting discussions.
• Assist with project planning: tasks, timelines, budgets.
