Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is looking for Affiliates in Oslo, Norway, to manage their clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis. You will provide short-term counseling to employees and their dependents, maintaining autonomy over your practice while using Lyra's clinical tools and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of clinical experience. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, while enjoying additional support from a 24/7 team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Proven experience in short‑term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).

Responsibilities

• Manage your own clinical caseload providing short‑term, goal‑oriented counseling.
• Utilize evidence‑based modalities tailored to an EAP context.
• Use Lyra's secure digital platform for scheduling and compliance.
