Job summary

Lyrahealth is seeking an Affiliate to manage clinical caseloads on a flexible, contractual basis in Oslo, Norway. You'll provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling to employees and their dependents while maintaining full autonomy over your practice.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and at least three years of post-qualification experience. This position offers access to Lyra’s clinical tools and administrative support, along with the freedom to set your own hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Proven experience in short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, short-term counseling to corporate employees and their families.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities tailored to an EAP context.
• Manage scheduling and compliance using Lyra's digital platform.
