Job summary

Jotun Performance Coatings seeks a Global Brand Manager to lead the structural fire protection portfolio for the energy sector, shaping strategy and delivering value worldwide.

You will drive product development, coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, and lead selected innovation projects to bring new solutions to global markets, while working with Sales, R&D, and Technical Service to meet evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in business, marketing, engineering, technology or related field.
• At least five years of experience in product management, development or technical sales in energy sector.
• Understanding of fire protection standards, certification routes and specification requirements.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate insights into business value.
• Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, with international travelAbility to travel 50-60 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on market opportunities based on customer insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain intumescent coatings roadmaps and long-term innovation plans.
• Lead selected innovation projects as Project Manager with global coordination.
• Develop robust business cases and coordinate deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Create sales and marketing tools to enable successful product positioning and commercialization.
