Jotun Performance Coatings is seeking a Global Brand Manager to translate customer needs into a compelling portfolio for structural fire protection products used onshore and offshore energy assets. You will drive lifecycle management, identify opportunities, and lead select innovation projects across regions to grow profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree and relevant experience in product management or commercial roles within energy markets.
• At least five years in product management or related roles in energy sector.
• Knowledge of fire protection standards and specifications preferred.
• Strong commercial sense translating insights into business value.
• Experience working cross-nationally in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on market opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and maintain intumescent coatings, roadmaps and long‑term innovation plans.
• Lead selected innovation projects as Project Manager with support from Global Category Manager and regional Category Managers.
• Develop robust business cases and coordinate deliverables across cross‑functional stakeholder groups.
• Develop supporting sales and marketing tools that enable successful product positioning and commercialization.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across regions to strengthen global execution.
