Job summary

L.E.K. seeks an experienced alumni relations professional to lead the strategic and operational execution of L.E.K.'s global alumni program, which is a critical contributor to the firm's brand reputation, talent strategy, business development pipeline, and overall global community.

This role will serve as a passionate voice and representative for L.E.K.’s alumni community, actively listening to alumni needs, advocating for their perspectives and translating their feedback into meaningful

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in alumni relations or closely related field.
• Experience in management consulting or professional services preferred.
• Global or cross-border capacity experience preferred.
• Direct experience with PeoplePath or similar CRM/alumni platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of global alumni strategy with KPIs and an annual program roadmap.
• Translate strategy into an alumni engagement agenda to strengthen brand and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Digital, Talent Acquisition and People Teams.
• Plan and host virtual and in-person alumni events across global regions.
• Design and oversee integrated alumni communications across portals and channels.
