Monil is building world‑leading technology for virtual fencing and livestock monitoring. In just three years, we’ve grown to over 1,000 customers and more than 20,000 collars in active use across multiple markets. Now we’re entering a new phase of international growth, and the quality of our user experience will be a key competitive advantage.
Our technology is trusted by forward‑thinking farmers, research institutions, and agricultural organisations across several countries.
As we scale globally, we need to deliver a digital experience that is as reliable, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed as the hardware and technology behind it. That’s why we’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who wants to build products that people truly depend on in environments where usability, performance, and trust matter.
In this role, you’ll help shape and build the interfaces that farmers and internal teams use daily, from onboarding and configuration to real‑time monitoring and insights. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams, and have a direct impact on how Monil’s platform evolves as we grow.
Fluency in Norwegian is preferred (we make exceptions for the exceptional).
Join a high‑growth startup entering an exciting international scale‑up phase. You won’t just write code, you’ll own features and initiatives, influence technical decisions, and help build the foundation of a growing company. Your work will create meaningful impact by improving animal welfare, farming efficiency, and global sustainability. You’ll collaborate with a highly interdisciplinary team across hardware, embedded systems, backend, and frontend. We offer a competitive salary, including an option program.
Candidates must have the right to work in Norway or within the EU/EEA, as we are unable to support relocation or visa sponsorship from outside this area.
