Brainotech IT Solutions is seeking a Network Support Engineer – Level 1 to provide first-line technical assistance for our enterprise network infrastructure. You will help ensure connectivity, performance, and timely resolution of incidents in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in network support, familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a global IT services setting. CCNA is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure
• CCNA certification preferred or equivalent
• Experiences with enterprise network environments and ticketing systems
• Exposure to VPNs, firewalls and network security concepts
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 1 support for network incidents and service requests
• Monitor network performance and identify connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic routing/switching problems
• Manage and update tickets within defined SLAs
• Assist in configuration and installation of network devices (routers, switches, APs)
• Support VPN connectivity and user access issues
• Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams as required
• Communicate with end-users and internal IT teams
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
