Job summary

Accenture Nordics in Oslo, Norway seeks a Strategy & Consulting professional to lead finance transformation and enterprise performance initiatives. You will shape operating models, drive platform transformations, and deliver AI-enabled finance improvements for clients.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop business opportunities, and guide clients through complex financial change programs while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with excellent academics.

We are looking for a Strategy Consultant to our CFO & Enterprise Value team in Oslo, Norway. We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive Consultant who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, and deliver excellent service to our clients. AI will play an increasingly important role in the coming years, and we believe that you as a person both have the technology interest, have been exposed to AI work related topics, and are excited to contribute to developing how AI will change the CFO agenda industry-wide. You will drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities as well as ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineering / Management with excellent academic performance
• Strategy and/or management consulting experience related to the CFO Agenda (e.g., finance transformation, enterprise performance management, finance operating model, platform transformation) that impacts the finance functions in various organizations.
• Experience from Enterprise Performance Management, Value Realization Office, Zero-Base, Integrations & Migrations, Finance Transformation, Business Turnaround, Mergers & Divestitures.
• Exposure to Oil and Gas industry would be an asset, but not required
• Experience from diverse projects and teams
• Fluent in Norwegian and have experience with written and oral presentations in English, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation
• Hands-on understanding of AI use cases in finance, including forecasting, automation, close acceleration and insights.
• Experience supporting AI/RPA and analytics initiatives, with a clear focus on translating technology into CFO-relevant business value.

The position will report to CFO & EV Lead and workplace is Oslo, Norway. Some travel should be expected.
