Job summary

System Recruitment Specialists is seeking an Accounting Manager to own statutory accounting across the Nordic and Baltic region, reporting to the CFO. The role emphasizes governance, controls, and ownership rather than people management, with broad regional exposure.

You will drive month-end and year-end reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with stakeholders and Group Finance to strengthen the in-house finance function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience in multinational or multi-entity contexts.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic statutory reporting and compliance.
• Experience coordinating across multiple Nordic countries.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and external audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Own statutory accounting and compliance across Nordic and Baltic entities.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end reporting.
• Advise on Nordic accounting regulations and local requirements.
• Coordinate activities across countries and entities.
• Lead interactions with external auditors and audit readiness.
• Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to senior management.
