Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to deploy hardware across Norway, including on short notice site visits. You will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair deployed equipment, and document site conditions and performance for the team.

The role requires hands-on experience with camera systems and edge devices, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to work independently on-site while coordinating with engineers for design feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field engineering experience, ideally with IoT, camera, or sensor network deployments.
• Strong working knowledge of networking and data connectivity (cellular, Wi-Fi, VPN) sufficient to diagnose camera and data-feed issues.
• Hands-on experience with camera systems, edge devices, or similar data-capture hardware.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude - comfortable with wiring, mounting hardware, and troubleshooting physical installs.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently, including on short notice.
• Ability to work independently on-site, make sound field judgment calls, and elevate appropriately.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for reporting site status and issues back to the team.
