Job summary

A Field Service Engineer with electro-mechanical, diagnostics and laboratory instrumentation experience is sought to join Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. You will visit customer sites across universities, hospitals, and private laboratories to service, repair and calibrate a wide range of instrumentation.

Role involves supporting both contract and non-contract work, applying strong fault-finding skills and providing professional on-site service while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on laboratory instrumentation.
• Excellent diagnostic skills.
• Ideally have a recognised electronics qualification along with good mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and calibration of laboratory instrumentation at customer sites.
• Visit customer sites to deliver professional technical service across contract and non-contract work.
• Diagnostics and fault finding to support effective repairs.
• Support across a range of products with a flexible and organised approach to each customer visit.
• Maintain clear communication with customers during visits and updates.
