Job summary

Statkraft seeks an experienced senior leader to head Health, Safety & Security (HSS) across the Group, holding the Group mandate and leading a team of about 20 employees. You will shape and continuously improve HSS standards, processes and tools within the HSS function, working closely with Executive Management and international business areas.

The role focuses on implementing strong HSS governance, risk management, and capabilities across Statkraft, including security, emergency preparedness

Qualifications

• Solid HSS experience from a large, complex, and international organization.
• Experience with HSS governance, risk management, processes, and systems.
• Experience working in an international matrix organization.
• Fluency in both English and Norwegian.
• Opportunity to lead a global HSS function of approximately 20 employees.
• Close collaboration with Executive Management and international business areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Health, Safety & Security across the Group and manage a team of ~20.
• Shape HSS standards, processes and tools within the HSS functions.
• Implement and continuously improve fit-for-purpose HSS frameworks and governance.
• Strengthen security, emergency preparedness and organisational resilience.
• Collaborate with Executive Management and business areas across Statkraft.
