Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs Norway seeks an Executive Partner to lead and grow a portfolio of 28+ member relationships, delivering tailored service plans aligned with CIO priorities. You will conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and analyst visits to shape value across ExP offerings.

You will collaborate with Gartner’s Sales org to ensure engagement, renewals, and client success. A track record in consulting or CXO roles with technology focus is essential for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting or CIO-facing technology roles.
• Experience across AI, BI, ML, digital transformation, cloud and related tech areas.
• Proven track record leading large end-to-end programs and initiatives.
• Deep understanding of CIO priorities, IT leadership, and metrics driving business outcomes.
• CXO-level sales or business development experience with executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships and deliver customized ExP services.
• Lead on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and analyst engagements.
• Develop and deliver innovative solutions aligned with member MCPs and goals.
• Collaborate with Gartner Sales to drive member engagement and renewals.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events and build strong client partnerships.
