• Strong English and Norwegian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Office management and maintaining a tidy, functional workspace.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, travel, deliveries, and office services.
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
• Assist HR tasks and organize social events and team activities.
• Prepare materials for meetings and maintain internal Confluence pages.
