Job summary

Novanet is expanding its advisory practice and is looking for an experienced Technology Advisor or Tech Lead. You will help organisations make sound technology decisions and turn complex initiatives into practical direction.

We offer a senior advisory and engineering environment with employee ownership, development budgets, generous vacation and pension. Hybrid work is standard with typically one to two office days per week, and total compensation is commonly around 1-1.2 MNOK.

Qualifications

• Experience from software development, technology leadership or advisory work.
• Background as Tech Lead, Team Lead, Architect, Product Manager or similar.
• Strong customer-facing communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to create clarity in complex environments.
• Motivation to learn Norwegian over time.

Responsibilities

• Clarify needs, constraints and priorities with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and decision processes.
• Support technology leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Advise on technology strategy, architecture and delivery.
• Improve collaboration, team structure and ways of working.
