Job summary

HMH is seeking a Riser Leader Europe to drive the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of riser projects and services across the region. You will collaborate with customers and global/ regional teams to grow business, improve contract performance, and optimize operational execution.

The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel internationally to support projects across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore drilling, subsea, riser systems or related service environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Experience with project, contract and financial performance management.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional Riser strategy.
• Lead regional projects, service contracts and customer relationships.
• Drive revenue, margin, cost and profitability performance.
• Coordinate engineering, project and service resources across Europe.
• Develop new service and Condition Based Maintenance opportunities.
• Promote operational excellence, quality and a strong safety culture.
