Salute is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to guide multi-site teams delivering critical data center infrastructure services across Europe. You will mentor site engineers, drive professional development, and uphold high engagement while ensuring reliable service delivery.

The role emphasizes client engagement, governance of MOPs/SOPs, and efficient project coordination, requiring strong communication and leadership in a hybrid work setting in Norway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with leadership experience required.
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and communication skills.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and prioritization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to engaging with teams and clients.
