Job summary

HMH is seeking a Riser Leader Europe to strengthen the regional Riser business. The role focuses on leading safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of riser projects and services across Europe, working with customers and global/regional teams to improve contract performance and execution.

You will develop the regional strategy, lead projects, drive revenue and profitability, and coordinate resources across Europe while promoting safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience from offshore drilling, subsea, riser systems, marine operations or related service environment.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and operational delivery.
• Experience with project, contract and financial performance management.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional Riser strategy.
• Lead regional projects, service contracts and customer relationships.
• Drive revenue, margin, cost and profitability performance.
• Coordinate engineering, project and service resources across Europe.
• Develop new service and Condition Based Maintenance opportunities.
• Promote operational excellence, quality and a strong safety culture.
