Job summary

Rett24 AS in Oslo is seeking a highly motivated Equity Admission Manager to join the Equity Admission team in Oslo. You will assess eligibility for admission to trading on Euronext markets, with emphasis on the Oslo markets, and provide regulatory guidance throughout the listing process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in capital markets or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Audit.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Admission assessment and regulatory review: lead assessment of applications for admission to trading in Oslo markets per Euronext Rule Book and laws.
• Documentation review and decision-making: review prospectuses and related materials for compliance with requirements.
• Managing the admission process: coordinate the process from engagement to first day of trading.
• Ongoing regulatory support: advise on listing rules and continuing obligations.
• Strategic and commercial support: partner with Sales on regulatory aspects of listings and advise on business development.
