Are you ready to shape the future of European capital markets? We are looking for a highly motivated Equity Admission Manager to join our Equity Admission team in Oslo. Reporting to the Senior Admission Manager - Oslo, you will play a key role in assessing the eligibility of companies seeking admission to trading on Euronext markets, with a particular focus on the Oslo markets. You will conduct regulatory and eligibility assessments to ensure compliance with Euronext's Rule Book and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, contributing to the integrity and orderly functioning of our markets. Working closely with issuers, investment banks, law firms, financial advisers and internal stakeholders, you will provide legal and regulatory guidance throughout the listing process, ensuring that admission decisions are robust, consistent and aligned with Euronext's regulatory responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to some of Europe's most significant equity capital markets transactions while working at the intersection of law, regulation and finance.
