Job summary

SkyCrew in Os is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee the design and construction of diverse projects from concept to completion. You will develop design concepts, create CAD drawings, and ensure work aligns with budgets and schedules.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors, review budgets and contracts, conduct site visits, and mentor junior architects. A biometric passport is required for this role. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 7+ years experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Title Senior Architect - Os We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Os as a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects from initial concept to final completion You will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and present them to clients
• Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design CAD software
• Oversee the construction process and ensure that all work is completed according to plans
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals during the design and construction phases
• Review and approve project budgets schedules and contracts
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 7 years experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary 1500$ per month
