Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Os, Norway.

As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement architectural plans and designs for various projects.
• Manage a team of architects and coordinate their work to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review and approve drawings, blueprints and other project documentation.
• Identify potential issues or challenges and develop solutions to address them.
• Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources and risks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods and materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Salary: $1,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
