Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Os Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Hire, train and supervise a team of architects and designers.
• Develop project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Review project proposals and provide feedback to improve designs.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway is preferred.
• Ability to travel for site visits as needed.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1,600 per month.

Location: This position is based in Os, Norway. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
