We are a leading architectural design firm based in Os seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
• Conduct site visits and analysis to gather necessary information for design development
• Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings using CAD software
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws
• Prepare presentations for clients to communicate design ideas effectively
• Work with contractors and engineers during the construction phase to ensure design intentions are met
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
