Job summary

NAVTOR is seeking a graduate/entry-level Customer Success contributor to assist clients with data analysis and correction in the modern shipping and emissions reporting space. You will coordinate and guide data between vessels, ship owners, and regulators to ensure accurate and timely reporting and support owners with queries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide data between vessels, ship owners, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist owners with queries and help them meet expanding rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with authorities over data reporting and provide required information.
• Support the Navtor mission to reduce emissions and improve reporting for vessels worldwide.
