Job summary

Luminance is seeking an Engagement Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise customer implementations. You will drive successful delivery across multiple engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications to meet objectives on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates bring solid PMI discipline, executive presence, and strong communication skills to manage enterprise clients and internal leadership. PMP preferred and Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong PMI-based project lifecycle, governance, risk, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple enterprise implementation programs from initiation to go-live.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, governance, and status reporting aligned to PMI.
• Coordinate between customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate steering committees, risk reviews, and executive updates.
• Monitor health, milestones, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
