Job summary

Engineering Consultants Norway AS in Kristiansand seeks an experienced Project/Engineering Manager to oversee equipment deliveries. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and multiple internal disciplines to ensure smooth delivery, with meetings from start-up to status reviews.

The role also involves documentation and acting as the main contact toward PM and SCM, with opportunities for advancing to Technical Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or commercial field.
• Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field. Preferably master's in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.
• Experience as a product or project engineer. Recent graduates considered.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering activities in ongoing Equipment deliveries.
• Establish and follow-up schedule and budget for deliveries.
• Coordinate internal disciplines and establish communication for smooth delivery.
• Arrange and lead start-up meetings, design reviews, and status meetings.
• Ensure Engineering delivers according to specifications and standards.
• Follow-up project documentation, including User Manual and drawings.
• Report progress in the reporting system and to managers.
• Act as single point of contact for delivery towards Project Management and Supply Chain Management.
