Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Project Engineer to manage engineering activities in ongoing equipment deliveries, establishing schedules and budgets, and coordinating internal disciplines to ensure smooth execution and compliance with standards.

You will lead meetings, generate documentation, and serve as the main contact for Project Management and Supply Chain, with opportunities to take on broader project reporting, scheduling, and training across diverse industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field, preferably with Industrial Economics and Technology Management.
• Relevant experience as a product or project engineer.
• Recent graduates with relevant education will be considered and encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, well organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering activities in ongoing equipment deliveries.
• Establish and follow up schedule and budget on the deliveries.
• Coordinate internal disciplines across the organization for smooth delivery execution.
• Arrange and lead deliverable start up meetings, design review meetings and status meetings.
• Ensure Engineering deliveries meet specifications and standards.
• Follow up project documentation, including User Manual prep and drawings checks.
• Report progress on engineering activities in the reporting system and to managers.
• Act as single point of contact for delivery to Project Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Summarize and complete the delivery with engineering delivery report and lessons learned.
• Other tasks based on qualifications such as overall project reporting, technical PM roles, scheduling, training.
