Responsibilities include planning, execution, asset tracking, and post-move validation, with focus on data centre equipment, network gear and workplace technology. The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful move.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end office relocation projects (planning, execution, cutover, post-move support).
• Develop move plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and cutover plans.
• Manage relocation of data centre/server-room equipment including servers, racks and networking gear.
• Coordinate with Facilities on desks, furniture and general office equipment moves.
• Maintain asset inventories, equipment mapping and destination information during moves.
• Coordinate shutdown, packing, transport, installation and validation of IT equipment.
• Develop and manage cutover and rollback plans for critical systems.
