Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader for its EMEA team. Location preference favors the UK, Ireland, Western Europe, and Dubai, with remote-friendly, flexible work options.

The role drives the commercial success of Eatons systems portfolio in the Data Center segment, leading Strategy, Offer management, and go-to-market execution across global teams. Responsibilities include market insights, segmentation, pricing, ROI analyses, and alignment with Profit Plan commitments.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Engineering is required.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• 105 years of experience in Offer Management or related commercial leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with market dynamics and VOC insights from end users, consultants, and partners.
• Lead the Strategy Planning process with metrics and scorecards to track performance.
• Define and update segmentation and growth strategy for Utilities and Industrial segments.
• Map sub-segment ecosystems and stakeholders; define system value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and position Eaton as a segment thought leader in sustainability and power management.
• Develop targeted segment MEMOs with win/loss insights and market dynamics.
