Job summary

EliteService Staffing seeks an experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in the United States. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing elevators and escalators in commercial, residential, and healthcare settings.

Responsibilities include following blueprints, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records. The position requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of hands-on experience, with strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of elevator mechanics, electrical systems and hydraulics.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with safety procedures for working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Physically fit to perform lifting and climbing tasks and able to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install new elevators and escalators according to blueprints and manufacturer instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing elevators and escalators.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with elevators and escalators.
• Keep records of all maintenance work done on each unit.
• Ensure safety standards are followed while working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools at day end.
