Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Analyst Programmer to join our client’s MS Business Solutions team. The role is hybrid with a relocation package to Malta and a strong focus on D365CE development, configuration, and integration across the Power Platform and Azure stack.

The candidate should have a university degree in computing or business, a D365CE certification, and at least 3 years’ CRM experience. A solid understanding of .NET development and build pipelines is required.

Qualifications

• University graduate in computing or business with relevant field.
• Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Certification (2015/2016/365).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Dynamics CRM Online / D365CE.
• Strong .NET development, source control, unit testing, build processes.
• Experience configuring D365CE: workflows, dashboards, forms, views, reports.
• Knowledge of CRM areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service.
• Power Platform stack experience: Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Azure DevOps usage for source control and pipelines.
• SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high‑quality Dynamics 365 CE solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design robust solutions.
• Work in Agile or Waterfall projects as required.
• Implement D365CE features, including Power Platform components.
• Maintain design/technical documentation throughout development.
• Coordinate with onshore and nearshore teams to deliver on time.
