Qualifications

• Strong Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and CRM delivery experience.
• Experience leading CRM implementation projects in consultancy or customer-facing settings.
• Ability to run discovery workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
• Facilitate customer workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide functional leadership across project teams and workstreams.
• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout delivery.
• Guide solution design and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers and architects.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations and project scoping when required.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
