Job summary

NextSolutions is seeking a dynamic Moderator to join our Os, Norway-based online community. You will oversee forums content and interactions to ensure a positive user experience, responding to inquiries and upholding guidelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring discussions, engaging with users, addressing conflicts, and collaborating with fellow moderators to boost engagement. English fluency is required; Norwegian is a plus. Relocation to Os is anticipated.

Qualifications

Relevant experience moderating an online forum or community.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Willingness to relocate to Os, Norway.
Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.

Responsibilities
